What information we handle and why.
Scope and operator
This policy applies to ANIME roam, independently operated by an individual in Japan. External websites have their own policies.
Contact information
Once the form opens, we collect your reply email, message and optional name to answer enquiries, check information, handle corrections and rights concerns, and prevent abuse. We do not use these details for advertising emails. The disabled form does not transmit or save entries.
Storage and processors
We retain enquiries as needed for handling and aim to delete them within one year after resolution, except where legal obligations or disputes require retention. When contact opens, Resend will deliver messages, Google mail services will receive and send replies, and Cloudflare Turnstile will help prevent abuse. Providers may process or store information overseas. We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent except where permitted by law.
External content and access data
Pages include Google Maps, YouTube and externally hosted images. Loading or playing them may transmit IP addresses and browser information to providers, which may use cookies. YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds do not eliminate all data transmission. The hosting provider may also process access information for operation, maintenance and security.
Advertising and analytics
Google AdSense and Google Analytics tags are not currently installed. Before introducing them, we will update this page with the services, cookie purposes and opt-out options, and implement consent requirements for applicable regions.
Your requests
Use the contact page for access, correction, deletion or restriction requests. We will verify identity and respond under applicable law. Legally required operator details, including name and address, will be provided without delay upon request.
